In the case that a shown bead sells out, we reserve the right to make substitutions if need be. We will always keep the same color theme. (If you need to know prior to ordering if there will be substitutions I will be happy to let you know. )
BULK ORDERS, REWARDS & PAYMENT PLANS
We do not distribute discount codes upon request. All of our savings are built directly into the website for all of our customers to access!
If Bulk Pricing is available on an item, it will be reflected in the options. Our supplies are already pre-packaged and inventoried for fast shipping. If Bulk Pricing isn't listed, that means it isn't currently available even if you're able to purchase higher inventory with standard pricing.
We are also pleased to offer Shop Pay at checkout to help make stocking up on the supplies you need most even easier with 4 interest free payments.

MULTIPLE ORDER POLICY:
If multiple orders are placed I might ship them together in one package. If you have a current order in and need to add to your order please contact me first to make sure I can still add to your order. You are allowed to add on to your order one time with a code I will send to you. If you need to place additional orders after that the shipping fee will need to be paid again. I do not offer shipping refunds if orders are placed without contacting me and receiving a code to add on to your order.
Current processing times are 1-2 business days. Usually ships the next business day! I do sometimes experience delayed processing times during holidays, sale events and if we have a higher order volume than usual. If you have any questions about turn-around time please feel free to contact me! I typically do not ship on weekends.
