FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
In the case that a shown bead sells out, we reserve the right to make substitutions if need be. We will always keep the same color theme. (If you need to know prior to ordering if there will be substitutions I will be happy to let you know. )
Contact me within 3 days of delivery. Ship items back within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Once we receive the returned item I will issue you in store credit on my website.
MULTIPLE ORDER POLICY:
If multiple orders are placed I might ship them together in one package. If you have a current order in and need to add to your order please contact me first to make sure I can still add to your order. You are allowed to add on to your order one time with a code I will send to you. If you need to place additional orders after that the shipping fee will need to be paid again. I do not offer shipping refunds if orders are placed without contacting me and receiving a code to add on to your order.
Current processing times are 1-2 business days. Usually ships the next business day! I do sometimes experience delayed processing times during holidays, sale events and if we have a higher order volume than usual. If you have any questions about turn-around time please feel free to contact me! I typically do not ship on weekends.
