★NOTE: You can heat-seal the ends of the cord to prevent it from fraying. This will make the cord easy to use when stringing silicone beads!
If you would like to heat seal the ends of your cords here are the directions on how I do it:
Run the end of the cord close to a flame (I use a lighter) and then roll the end of the cord between your fingers tips, applying a little pressure as you roll. Repeat this procedure on the other side. Heat-sealing makes the ends hard and creates " a needle" for threading. This helps the beads slide on easier. The more cord you heat seal the longer the "needle" you will have for threading.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is charged based on items purchased & item weight. However we currently offer free shipping on certain items like bubblegum bead mixes & silicone mixes & it's free for all orders over $30!
Shipping times range anywhere from 2-7 buisness days. We ship through USPS.
Please make sure your address is correct at checkout! We cannot be held responsible/liable if the address provided is incorrect and your items have already been shipped!
What do the notifications mean?
Unfulfilled - As soon as your order is placed, it will have this status.
Processing - We have printed your order. Once your order is processing, no changes can be made.
Label Printed - We are picking and packing your order for shipment.
Fulfilled - Order has shipped, you'll be able to find a tracking number under your order.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
*During the busy holiday season, orders can take longer to ship. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order and ship it*
We ship packages next day depending on when the order is placed; however, we do ask for 24- 48 business hours to process your order Monday through Friday.
All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.
All packages will have a tracking number emailed to you once it has shipped.
*It may take up to 10 days for tracking to update in the system after fulfillment. If after 10 days your tracking status still has not updated, please reach out to your local post office. They know way more then we do because we no longer have your package.
**If a package is missing, once the package is delivered as per tracking it is the customers responsibility to contact the post office. If it was delivered to your address and you still do not have your package, look at your tracking and click "product information" to check if your package was insured. If it was, it is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the post office. If you think your package was stolen, it is also the customers responsibility to file a police report with your local PD. If it was not delivered to your address and/or there is no insurance on the package, that is a post office error and it is still the customer's responsibility to file a claim with their local PO.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently we do not.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Once we receive the returned item I will issue you a refund.

We do our best to inspect everything before it leaves our warehouse but we are only human and sometimes miss things. Please be sure to inspect all items within 7 days of arrival. If you receive a damaged item, please email us and we will send you instructions on how to further proceed. If it is past 7 days, we will not honor the return.
