Threading your beads and cord is simple and fun! A small craft needle or DIY threading tool can help guide the cord through tight bead holes. Slide your beads onto the nylon cord, add the keychain ring, and secure with a knot. Hide knot in bead. No special tools required, but a needle helps~

Due to the nature of our products all sales are final.    We do not offer returns or exchanges on our products. If you have questions about our items please contact us before you place an order.  

HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER?

If you have a problem with your order you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery and send photos of the products you received.    

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We DO NOT accept order cancellations.   Thank you for understanding!   If an order is placed it will ship out.   

SHIPPING

How much is shipping? 

Shipping is charged based on items purchased & item weight. However, we currently offer free shipping on all orders over $50!

Processing time is 1 to 2 business days. (excluding weekends) 
Shipping times range anywhere from 2-7 buisness days. We ship through USPS.

Please make sure your address is correct at checkout! We cannot be held responsible/liable if the address provided is incorrect and your items have already been shipped!

Change of Address: There will be NO change of shipping address once an order is placed. This is to protect you as a consumer. Please make sure your shipping address is correct prior to placing your order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

*During the busy holiday season, orders can take longer to ship. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order and ship it*

We ship packages next day depending on when the order is placed; however, we do ask for 24 - 48 business hours to process your order Monday through Friday.

All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.

All packages will have a tracking number emailed to you once it has shipped.

Missing or Damaged Packages: 

Customer is responsible for contacting their local USPS office when a package is damaged or missing. Sassy Bead Shoppe cannot be liable for missing or damaged packages once it leaves our location in the hands of USPS. Every shipment will have a tracking number that customers can track their shipments and use to contact their local USPS office with any issues.
